There is app. 95 wooded acres with some timber; 30 acres considered wasteland (hunting); 18 plus of pasture; app. 20 plus tillage, the remainder being “other” plus building laden. The house is an old two store farm house with 3 or 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room. The house needs updates (would make good deer camp!) The barn has been used most recent for a small dairy herd and is in pretty good condition!
